ABOUT
ME

I'm sorry. Stop apologizing. I'm sorry.

Not too long ago, I was sorry for everything. Sorry for laughing, sorry for speaking, sorry for always being sorry, sorry that I didn't know how to stop saying sorry. I guess you could say, I was sorry for existing.

Coach Tiffany then and now weight loss

There was time I wasn't sorry for everything, but high school, college, parents, jobs, society seemed to keep pointing out all the things I should be apologizing for and then when I started apologizing, that was wrong too ... So I started eating, hiding, being more agreeable, putting on a smile and staying inside the lines. I became what I call now the good girl

At the height of my apologetic days, I was 277 lbs, jobless, terrified of the world, in an empty marriage, and somehow still finding things to apologize for. Every once in a while, I'd get a boost & think, I'm breaking free. I'd start to take steps, but all the stories that kept repeating in my mind would eventually win. In 2016, I got the longest boost of freedom. I lost 115 lbs, I got a divorce, I started a new career & I started getting back out into the world. I really believed I had broken free.

But then I hit the proverbial rock bottom. Externally, my life was wonderful. I lost weight, I had a boyfriend, a career... I was checking all the boxes I needed to achieve the one thing I'd always been searching for.... elusive happiness...so why was I still so unhappy?

One day, I woke up & decided it was time to be radically honest with myself. Nothing about it was easy, but every next step became about transforming my life.

And that is where Unapologetic Coaching with Tiffany was born....

Through my journey, I stumbled, tripped, screamed, cried & lived with a constant internal scream of "JUST GIVE UP, YOU AREN'T GOOD ENOUGH, YOU AREN'T WORTH IT". I want to help you have a smoother journey to breaking free of the constant apologies. I can't promise it will be easy or linear, but I can promise you'll have a guide & partner that truly understands.
