I made this so fast and devoured it so hard I forgot to take a photo, that's how good it was. But trust me, it was cheesy, melty, and totally hit the spot. I’ll snap one next time... if I can slow down long enough. 😉 So here's an idea!

Sometimes, you just want pizza — melty cheese, savory sauce, that hit of pepperoni goodness. But you also want to feel fueled, not face-down in a food coma. Enter the Easy High Protein Pizza Bowl: a delicious EASY little dish that ditches the crust, jacks up the protein, and still satisfies every craving. Not going to lie, it gives pizza & lasagna vibes! 👩‍🍳


Whether you’re short on time, fighting off the snack goblins, or just looking for a meal that slaps, this is it.

What’s in it?

This bowl’s got all the pizza vibes — no cardboard crust required.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • ½ cup cottage cheese (2% or full fat = extra creamy)

  • 1 cup riced cauliflower (fresh or frozen — just steam & drain)

  • ¼ cup pizza sauce 

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (if you like a little heat)

  • ⅓ cup shredded Italian cheese blend (mozzarella, provolone, parmesan = dream team)

  • 8–10 turkey pepperoni slices (or regular if that’s your vibe)


How to Make It

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: In a small baking dish, mix together the cottage cheese, steamed cauliflower rice, pizza sauce, and spices.

Step 3: Smooth out the top. Sprinkle on the cheese.

Step 4: Top it off with turkey pepperoni in a single layer.

Step 5: Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes if you want those pepperonis to crisp up.
