Here’s what you’ll need:
½ cup cottage cheese (2% or full fat = extra creamy)
1 cup riced cauliflower (fresh or frozen — just steam & drain)
Recommended: Fullgreen Cauliflower Rice
¼ cup pizza sauce
Recommended: Simple Truth Organic Pizza Sauce
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp garlic powder
Pinch of red pepper flakes (if you like a little heat)
⅓ cup shredded Italian cheese blend (mozzarella, provolone, parmesan = dream team)

How to Make It
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
