Embracing the Beauty of Being "Too Much"

Perfection Is the Real Problem


Diet culture? It’s obsessed with perfection.


Every meal tracked. Every bite weighed. Every emotion swallowed down with celery juice and fake cheer. The pressure is immense.


Add ADHD to the mix? You get a not-fun cocktail of shame, overwhelm, and executive dysfunction wrapped in a green smoothie and served with a side of burnout.


I tried to do it “right” for YEARS. Perfect meals. Perfect plans. Perfect recovery. But every time I couldn’t keep it up? I collapsed in guilt.


It wasn’t food or focus I needed to fix — it was the damn rulebook.


Letting Go of Perfect: The Day I Went Feral


One day, I cracked.


No more healing like a Pinterest board. No more color-coded shame spirals.


I stopped trying to be soft and pretty about it. I let myself go FERAL — loud, messy, opinionated, sparkly, wild.


Letting go of PERFECT was glorious.

What Feral Healing Actually Looks Like:


  • Hot pink nails while rage-dancing to Nirvana.

  • Saying “no” to food rules and “yes” to chicken wings and sanity.

  • Writing messy journal pages and not fixing the typos.

  • Letting my ADHD brain run wild with Post-its, chaos, and magic.

  • Taking selfies even when I don’t “look good.”


I stopped asking for permission and started living in full color.


If You’ve Ever Felt “Too Much” — GOOD.


Too loud? Too emotional? Too impulsive? TOO REAL?


Good. That means you’re not numbing yourself anymore.


That means you’re done performing.


That means you’re ready for the REAL kind of healing: the kind that gets glitter on the floor and throws the damn scale in the trash.


I'm not here to teach you to hide being TOO MUCH. I'm here to tell you: "You're amazing as you are, so sparkle all over the place!"


The Path to Authenticity


When you break free from the constraints of perfection, you discover who you truly are.


It's a journey towards authenticity.


You begin to embrace your quirks and misunderstandings. You allow yourself the grace to be imperfect. You celebrate each little victory, no matter how small.


This shift in mindset unlocks a whole new realm of possibilities.
